Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Shipping method (standard or express)

Note: FREE standard shipping is available for qualifying orders within major urban centers (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban).

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
  • Rural Areas: 7-10 business days
  • Digital Products: Immediate delivery (within 1 hour of purchase)

Timeframes are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Tracking Information

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us immediately with photographic evidence
  • Provide your order number and tracking information
  • We will file a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund
  • Timeframe for resolution: 5-10 business days

8. Address Requirements

To ensure successful delivery, please provide:

  • Complete street address with unit/flat number if applicable
  • Suburb and postal code
  • Contact phone number for courier confirmation
  • Clear instructions if address is difficult to locate

9. Delivery Refusal

If you refuse delivery or are unavailable to receive your package:

  • Return shipping costs may apply
  • Refund will be processed minus return shipping fees
  • You must collect the package from the courier within 5 days to avoid storage fees

10. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within South Africa. International orders are not available at this time. Please contact us if you require international delivery options.
