1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund, no questions asked.
2. Refund Eligibility
Physical Products (Books, Materials):
- Item must be in original condition (unread for books)
- Original packaging must be intact
- All included materials must be present
- Receipt or order confirmation required
Digital Products (eBooks, Courses, Videos):
- Refund available if less than 30% of course content accessed
- Refund available if download hasn't been completed
- Non-refundable if significant course progress is evident
Combined Purchases: If purchase includes both digital and physical items, refund applies only to eligible items.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Digital products with more than 30% content accessed
- Course enrollments after 60% completion
- Customized or personalized products
- Products requested more than 30 days after purchase
- Items with evidence of misuse or damage
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order number
- Provide reason for return
- Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship item back to us using the provided label (at our cost for valid returns)
- Upon receipt and inspection, refund is processed within 5-7 business days
5. Return Shipping
Mumbi Legacy Covers Return Shipping For:
- Defective or damaged products
- Wrong item sent
- Items not as described
Customer Covers Return Shipping For:
- Change of mind returns
- Items returned in used/damaged condition
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Inspection: 3-5 business days
- Refund approval: 1-2 business days
- Refund processing: 3-5 business days to your original payment method
- Total timeframe: 7-12 business days
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
- Report within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence
- We will provide a replacement or full refund
- Return shipping is covered by Mumbi Legacy
- No restocking fees apply
8. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued for:
- Items with minor damage not affecting usability
- Digital products with limited content accessed (calculated based on usage)
- Discrepancy between description and actual product (minor issues)
9. Course Access and Refunds
For course purchases:
- Refund available within 7 days if less than 10% of course completed
- Partial refund (70%) if between 10-30% completed within 14 days
- No refund after 30 days or 30% completion, whichever comes first
- Course access will be terminated upon refund approval
10. Seasonal and Promotional Items
Items purchased during special promotions or sales are subject to the same return policy. However, refunds for promotional items are issued at the promotional price paid.
11. Subscription Services
If applicable, subscription services can be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, cancellation is effective but no refund is issued for the subscription period already commenced.
